The Student Representative Council (SRC) is led by the School Captains and comprised of representatives from each year group. The School Captains are elected by the whole school in term three each year whilst SRC members are elected by the students in their representative year group at the beginning of each school year.
The SRC meets on a weekly basis and makes recommendations on issues that are relevant to the students of Canowindra High School. They work hard to support the students at Canowindra High School. They also support charities such as the Cancer Council and many other causes.
