School events bring learning to life and help shape our school culture. They help students build confidence, connect with others and celebrate their progress. Events also give families a chance to be involved in school life and share in their child’s achievements.

Remembrance Day
Date: 11th November
Canowindra Captains and Student Leaders attended the 2025 Remembrance Day Service in Memorial Park. Remembrance Day marks the end of fighting in World War I on the Western Front on November 11, 1918.
Students that remained at school observed a minute’s silence at 11am in a small service to reflect on the bravery and sacrifices of military personnel
Year 12 Graduation Dinner
Date: 14th November
Students, family and staff gathered to celebrate at the Year 12 graduation dinner. The night marked not only the culmination of years of hard work and dedication but also the beginning of a new chapter filled with endless possibilities. The evening reflected on the shared memories, friendships forged and the lessons learned both inside and outside the classroom. It was a moment to share a few laughs, stories and to express gratitude to the teachers, family and friends who supported students along the way.
Creative and Performing Arts (CAPA)Showcase
Date: 26th November
Our Creative and Performing Arts Showcase was a wonderful evening. Students had the opportunity to perform through dance, singing, and musical instruments, and their artwork was proudly on display. Thank you to everyone who came along to support the event, and a special thank-you to the P&C for providing a light supper.
